Cameron Brown is a dedicated sales professional. Just purchased a new BMW X5 with Cameron Brown and the level of professionalism and knowledge gave me extreme comfort in the entire process. It was the easiest vehicle purchase I have made. My only wish is that management was more involved showing appreciation to their customers.

Bert Smith BMW Alex was great. Timely and professional. Service completed in time as promised.
No willingness to make good on bad car Purchased a new 2016 535i here and at 58,000 miles and out of warranty the steering goes out. A trip to their service department hoping for a show of good faith to a repeat client brings back a $12,300 repair bill. Despite offering to trade it in on a new $85,000 car if they would make a good faith effort to honor a faulty car, they were inflexible.
