Nice dealership The whole process of buying a car I was working with Connor. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The whole process went very smoothly. The dealer doesn?t charge extra fees like a lot of dealerships around. They don?t try to get you there just to sell a car. I knew which car I wanted and Connor made sure I get the car ASAP and the one I was looking for.

Certified pre owned BMW X5 Bought a certified used 2018 BMW X5 sdrive 3.5. I felt good about the pricing and moved forward with the deal. A few small nicks where stones had damaged the paint were fixed no charge. Other than those small issues the car is very clean. This is the third BMW I bought at Bert Smith and am pleased.
