Stay away from Bert Smith BMW! An absolutely AWFUL experience.....from the salesman AND his manager not knowing about the product, the warranty or financing. The manager had the gaul to tell us that because he didn't know the answers to our questions that this probably wasn't the right car for us. This is probably the 20th car I have purchased and the worst experience by far. The only saving grace was the Finance dept. well done there.
Crooks They sold me a car fax bmw that the wipes didn?t work then tried to charge me to fix them . This had been going on for a month . I finally had to take my car to a shop and pay to have them fixed . Do not buy a car from Bert smith

Rude Salesman After test drive we said we had to think about the car that evening (versus yes, we’ll buy it right now!), salesman walked off in a huff and never spoke with us again. Had to see our own way out. Very rude and strange.
2020 M8 Competition Coupe Purchase I just traded in an immaculate 2013 fully loaded M6 coupe for a new 2020 M8 Competition coupe. The car was delivered with a dent in the hood that had been previously worked on and not visible in the shade (which is where I inspected the car at delivery). The flaw was not disclosed to me and I did not notice it until the car was in my garage under the lights. BMW X1 I had a 2017 BMW X1, I would call it a piece of junk. Never again BMW. Had the car for 3 years, 45k miles, started having issues with transmission and battery. The dealership itself is fine I guess, they didn?t really solve my issue. I give them xxxxxxfor trying though.

AVOID AT ALL COST! YOUR NOT WELCOMED AVOID!!! It really sucks to have a passion and love for BMW's but absolutely hate the company, really only because of their scamming dealerships. Bert smith BMW doesn't give two xxxxs let alone half a xxxx about you. They are happy and quick to take your money but just as quick to make you feel worthless.
