BMW 540i Ok. Don't seem to relate to the buyer. Took time but not much follow up once the car was delivered.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. They didn?t even spell my name correctly on my paperwork. Not I have to jump through hoops to have it corrected. My windshield is defective but they won?t do anything about it. Bobby the new car salesman has the worst customer service. He needs to take some classes on customer service

No Longer Happy with Bert Smith BMW 2 of our service advisors left and service has been down hill since. Car has been in service 6 times in 2 months. Not happy at all.

A frustrating experience BMW's 740i is alleged to be one of the line's marquis vehicles. Since the inception of my lease this car has been in and out of the shop. Windows open spontaneously when the car is parked. The center console turns blank or other error messages come on. Under florid as lemon law guidelines I submitted this vehicle for evaluation by their top engineers. Winner of worst service department Inept, unprofessional, unresponsive. Escalated issue to upper management and have yet to receive a phone call or email? I am not surprised.

No one will answer the phone in sales or service All day I have been trying to reach someone to talk about buying a new Porsche and a couple of questions about their service department. The only person that actually answers the phone is the lady that answers this dealerships core phone number. I get transferred and only get voice mail. I have decide to call the Porsche dealer in Tampa and Sarasota.

Received bad customer service from Natalie Swain 1)I had to wait 4 hours to get one tire done. 2) The most disappointing part of my visit was: I was treated not like a customer. I was told the battery may have to be replaced by the Service Consultant Natalie Swain. Her explanation wasn't professional so I one of her coworker (Mirnes Cukojevic) explained what needs to be done in detail. No worries, no complaints My wife and I went to look at a car on a Friday evening around 5pm and drove off the lot with new car the same evening before 9pm. Mike Grace, our salesperson was very professional and communicative prior to our coming to the dealership. Upon our arrival we were treated as long time customers. Spent $300 for nothing My car has a starting problem, so drove it to the dealer. Spent $135 for a diagnostic to find out that the car "may have to reprogram to fix the problem" for another $200. I accepted it. The next morning, I received a call saying that reprogramming doesn't fix the problem. They found out that the car need to replace an electric sharp sensor which will cost $1500. This is way too much from what I thought $300 would fix the problem. Now, I have to pay $300 and the issue is still there.
