Sean was great to work with as we searched for a replacement for our swiftly aging BMW. We arrived with almost no idea what we were interested in. Zimbrick BMW took my car in right away after it overheated and shut down. Repairs (new water pump) were done promptly and they were very focused on meeting my needs; truly an outstanding service experience.
My X3 needed a recall service which required leaving the vehicle at Zimbrick BMW for 3 days. Upon arrival, Stacy was ready to accept my car and had a loaner vehicle already in place. The entire transaction took less than 10 minutes. My X3 recall was completed and ready for us to take home on the promised day. Everyone was so nice and friendly!
