ONGOING CHALLENGES I have been a customer of this dealership for over ten years, using them for regular maintenance service. Due to customer service challenges a couple of years ago, I started doing service with the other dealership in the area. But since BMW North is closer to my home, I decided to try them again. Car service BMW of Milwaukee provides prompt service. The service advisor was very courteous an accommodating. And as always a nice clean vehicle was waiting for me.

Erin Meadows Farm Helped us in a very difficult situation and had to coordinate with another BMW dealer in another state who had done the original work very complicated very frustrating feel like he did upload the best they could with a difficult situation. Kept us continually informed and affectively diagnosed improperly installed aftermarket product and evaluated the damage as a result
Retired Car had body repairs needed. Took extra long to get done. Not handled when I arrived for delivery. Interior door had scuff marks all along the base. Seemed inside not wiped down. Jim was nice but I did expect more for the money
Great service Service was great. Got me in on a Saturday morning and was finished in a timely fashion. Cost was less than quoted. We also purchased this vehicle here last year. Always a pleasure.

The scheduling process is easy, they send email notifications and other communications to keep me updated; always have a loaner or shuttle service ready for me and pricing is always transparent and finite! Great tire replacement BMW Milwaukee North is a great outfit. They replaced my tire quickly and at a great price. They are thorough and thoughtful. Great staff and customer service.
