If ur not well informed about warranty process or loaner how things work when ur car has extended warranty service guy short and rude just no patience also seems to be making everything complicated I never had this experience at global imports made me sad just felt as if service guy was being a bit complicated so I will never bring my car back here either way they made 8,000 bucks u can diagnose a vehicle and give me a loaner car makes not sense u want me to get a loaner car from warranty people even after u made 8,000 or mo... read more
