I was sold a vehicle that had been in an accident 2 years ago with structural damage. Carguru and auto check did NOT show an accident or else I wouldn’t have purchased. I called and talked to the salesman a week after the purchase and they had no idea about the accident either. The dealership said there is nothing they can do. Although, I can trade in the vehicle I purchased at a lower price due to the accident.
1 star . Horrible service. Take 6 hours and after you leave your car prolem still there . When you call them back they're going to say " the system is down, call back tomorrow " . Email the advisor and general manager and nobody's answer me back .
NEVER EVER STEP FOOT ON THIS LOT! This is the worst any type of purchase experience in my entire life! I bought a used car on Nov 23 here. There was one “we owe” but major in decision to purchase. I brought the car in for the fix as agreed on Nov 25; it’s now Dec 15 and I still do not have my car! I’ve been promised multiple times it will be ready no later than Saturday. Sales person told me that the car had 2 keys but after I have signed all the paper work he told me he was sorry but I have to buy the spare key. Almost $400. It is a shame
WORST buying and delivery experience I’ve ever had. Finalized the deal on Saturday, told them I would pick up the car Tuesday morning. I got there Tuesday, and the car was still sitting on the lot like it was still for sale! No preparation for delivery had been done at all! The “sales representative” response? “Well I was off on Monday!” I’ve taken delivery of a lot of cars in my life and this was THE WORST. Buy your BMW somewhere else.
This is the WORSE!!! experience I've EVER had purchasing any car! Stay away from this dealership make the drive to Nalley BMW Of Decatur. I don't have the time out of my day to list all the issues from the start of dealing with BMW of South Atlanta including General Manager Robert Fowler and Sales Rep Faye Penn-Moore. none of these people care about anything but the deal with the bank! RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
