Ryan Christian, Nate Redford, and Robert Fowler all exhibited very poor customer service. Ryan (Sales Advisor) and Nate (Sales Mgr) made me all sorts of promises to get me in the door, then ignored my calls and texts when their promises didn't pan out and I was looking for answers and what the next step would be. When Robert, the General Mgr was made aware of this situation weeks later, instead of him giving me a call as I had requested, he instead shot off a very rude email to me in which he stated that he had been informed... read more

Quoted service time was on the nose
A 1 day job ended up being a 2 1/2 day experience. They called and told me the car was ready. When I got there had to wait another 45 minutes. Very unprofessional. Never going again.
The customer service is terrible and the communication in none existent. Avoid at all cost, I’ve been waiting on a call from Matt to tell me about my vehicle that has been there since 9am, it’s currently 5:40pm. I called the service department to get a hold of him and have been on hold for over 20mins. This is below BMW standards and they need to replace the entire team in that business. And add insult to injury they tell me to pick up my vehicle because they couldn’t get to it today so bring it back first thing in the morni... read more
My husband stopped by for an oil change and diagnostic. When he came in it had NO ISSUES driving— at all. On the website specials were listed for oil change and diagnostic for $89 and $150. He was quoted $450! after everything was done and he went to leave, the tension belt had “come off” and the wheel was locked. they charged him to put one on.. Bad business tactics. It did not have this issue when he came in. messing up your car to charge you extra to fix it?? Will not be returning.
