I bought a vehicle from this dealership with my trade in on August 4th, and it's been a nightmare ever since. DONT TRADE A VEHICLE WITH THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET ALL THE HASSLE ON THE BACK END. Dealing with their customer service, tag, finance, management, etc... has been a complete disaster. No one was empathetic to the situation that they screwed up....and I was and still am the person that is dealing with the disaster of it. If I were you, I'd avoid this situation if you could.
As a long-time BMW driver who's on my 7th BMW, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment in my last service at BMW of South Atlanta. I brought my hard top convertible 2015 428i x-drive in because the past few months I was having problem with the hard top closing. It was opening fine, but would take several attempts, sometimes up to 5 minutes worth of attempts, to close. I did not get an error message or alert, the top just wouldn't close. I hadn’t planned to leave my less than stellar review until I spoke with my regular and trusted mechanic today. We purchased an adorable Mini off of the used lot two weeks ago. Upon test driving, the tire sensor goes off. Only issue, no problem. Salesman says he will take care of it. Also mentions “we wouldn’t sell a car if there is that kind of issue, it would be a safety hazard”. Dropped my car off May 5, 2018 to have brakes and rotors done and picked it up May 8, 2018. When I took a good look at my car when I got home and my front rim was different than the rest. I go back and talk to the Service assistant manager Matt. He walks out to my car and says it looks the same. Me: it’s made the same but that is not the same rim that was on my car when I dropped it off! The rim was dull, worn and the m symbol is missing! Bought a brand new car, was told to wait for a call from the DMV for my registration. 47 days later no call, no paperwork. In the middle of moving overseas and i wasted 4 hours now and a tank of gas just to do it again another day BC the DMV can’t work with ghost paperwork. This is unacceptable.
