Not happy at all. The experience has been a complete nightmare
Took my car in for a 1pm appointment and 40 minutes later the service advisory came to me and stated she did not know I was there and that nothing had been done to my vehicle. when I asked what happened, everyone passed the buck. when I asked to speak with a manager apparently ALL of them were off. Extremely bad management and even worst customer service.
Poor experience with service manager. There is no way that within 8 months of a wheel alignment that we should need to bring the car back in for another. Then the service manager tried to tell me that I drove my car 7,000 miles in 2 months WITHIN THE ATLANTA CITY LIMIT!! I would have less miles on it driving to California and back!!!! They are liars. I will not EVER bring my car to this location AGAIN! And I will be contacting corporate!

RecommendedAfter hitting an item in the roadway back in December, my car was making a weird sound. Alfred got me right in, Demetri found the issue and I was on my way in less than an hour...with no appointment!! Thanks guys!! I’ll only take my car to BMW of South Atlanta.

My husband brought his car here for an oil change & when he drove off, the car was driving WORSE than it was when he dropped it off. Checked the fluids & noticed there was NO OIL in the car... THAT IS HORRIBLE! I’m wondering how many ppl they’ve got over on for service!!! He had to have it towed back to prevent additional damage to the engine! HORRIBLE!!!!
