"Suppoortive" I was very concerned about my car prior to a major road trip. I was able to get in a last minute appointment and determine the issues, maintenance and assurance about using the car on the trip.
"Randy is the best!" I occasionally have to take my BMW E60 M5 to Berglund for services my regular mechanic can't perform, or recommends that the dealer handle. I deal with Randy, and he is always a pro, especially with regular and effective communication on the progress of my service visits. Great job, Randy. Thanks!
"BMW 430i" The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They did not rush me to make a decision. I will definitely go back for future vehicle purchases.
"Service fast and complete" Service was completed in a timely manner and efficiently. Service personnel were courteous and caring. Waiting area is comfortable and well stocked with goodies. Car was bright and shiny like new when I picked it up.
"Oil change 2018" I requested that the tire pressure be increased for winter. They did not because there was no low pressure alarm in. But that didn’t account expected (and recently experienced) lower temperatures. So I had to return the vehicle to have the tire pressure adjusted. This not the first time this has happened
"Extraordinary " Would be happy to recommend this dealer to others. Nothing but superlatives for Joe Camarda. Service will bring me back to sales—-Give him a significant BONUS!
"Bought 2017 Volvo " Great folks, great service. David Roberts in my opinion is the best salesman that I’ve ever done business with. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. He is not pushy but is there to answer any questions that may arise. He is awesome.
"State Inspection" Dealership inspected my car. Applied new sticker. Also performed a multi point inspection of fluids, tire pressure, etc. Very courteous staff. Washed my car and answered questions for me.
"Great service" Done on time. Great service. Easy to wok with. Easy drop off and easy pick up Always satisfied with service I get here. Thank you
