Never had a problem. First Class Service and Sales. Years ago bought one BMW from a Dealer (basically) around the corner from my house. Their service was terrible (and that's being nice). Bought 8 cars form Orange County.

This dealership gave me awesome service. Late Thursday night I encountered one of NY's finest potholes on I-84. My run-flat tire immediately blew. I limped my way to West Point for my mother's funeral the following morning, but when the sun came up, it was obvious that driving that run-flat to Orange County BMW was a no-go. I called them at 7:30 AM, and Deb immediately went into action.
