I just moved to West Point and found OC BMW online. Contacted them about needing service on my 2013 BMW X6. From the moment I pulled in the service was outstanding. One would think that I purchased my vehicle from them. Kat and the entire service department are amazing. Got airbag serviced and drive shaft that were both on recall....one day!

I have a 2006 bmw x3 that I didn't buy from them but every time I take it to them they treat it like I did buy it from them had a transfer case problem they found out the problem on thursday they ordered a new one had the car all done on Friday it's amazing how fast I had my car back because it's a big part to have shipped but chris in service made it happen just like all the other times the truck needed work thanks again to all the staff there and chris your always there to help us ps the truck drives like never before it's... read more

Brought my BMW 535i in with a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon. The serviceman said "sorry, we're closed but come back on Monday" Another guy said "wait, I will see if any mechanics are still her" sure enough, they hooked me up big time!! Never forgot that. Right now I'm driving PORSCHE but still LOVE BMW!!! When I'm over my porsche love... I'll be back to OCBMW!
