Engine Service I had a good experience, although there was not a loaner car available. My only suggestion is that more loaners be made available, particularly when customers are spending close to $1,000 for repairs. Matt Fink provided great customer service.
BMW 335i hardtop convertible My spouse dropped off my car for a service engine light. My service adviser was polite and helpful. The repairs were seemly done well. My concerns are around the number of times I had to call or that my call was rerouted before I was actually routed to my service adviser as my old service adviser no longer works at Global Imports. Recall Visit Overall, I have always had a decent experience here. However, I had a scheduled appointment to drop off my car and simply pick up a loaner car. This process took 1.5 hours (much longer than anticipated to just switch cars). When I received my loaner, I was given a non-electric loaner. (I drive an i3). I asked for an i3 loaner instead, and the rep said, "Oh, I didn't know that is what you drove." Upon picking my car up, I waited in my loaner for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Best Dealership I've ever been to I bought a BMW from Global Imports back in 2000 and it was a great buying experience. I also drove that 3 series for 12 glorious years. Now I've purchased a 2012 BMW X5 from an independent dealer and the check engine light came on last week. The car is still under warranty so I took it in to Global Imports. Exceptional car buying experience Great customer service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The dealers are honest and knowledgable and really do their best to accommodate their customers and their needs. This was the best car buying experience I've had and I was and still am very pleased with the service and my new car. They did an excellent job from beginning to end.

Excellent Customer Service, Courteous Walked in to review a 2016 BMW X5 xDrive 35i and I was warmly greeted at the door. Sales persons Mr. Okfour was very professional and courteous while ensure that I knew all about the vehicle and eventually ensured that I was within my price point. Service was so good, it convinced me to make a purchase.
