No Response - Fraudulent Lease Structure Problems I obtained my BMW 530e in November 2019. At the time, I requested a lease (I have leased countless vehicles over time, including 3 prior BMWs). Bad service experience Very bad experience with the service department. Not worth going there again, I sure will service my BMW530I at another dealership in the future, picked up the car that supposed to be ready, not washed nor vacuumed and even the oil change warning was not cleared after the service was done, not even sure they performed the service that I paid for. I think a Kia dealership will offer better service than yours.
Absolutely Awful This. Isomers is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! It is a great buying experience as long as you don’t have any issues. I bought my first Bmw there and didn’t have any issues with it in 2015. I bought a 2019 there... and it was a lemon right out of the gate. Buyer We bought one of their loaner cars. When we traded the car the dealer pulled the Car Fax and it showed the car had been wrecked in the rear end. We weren’t told about this when we bought the car. We didn’t request a car fax because the car had belonged to the dealership since new. We feel this should have been disclosed by the dealership and that we were essentially lied to because we were told the car had been checked and nothing was wrong with it. BMW 750li repair Terrible experience. My car was initially to take 3 days to be completed. I did not receive the vehicle until 2 weeks after my initial drop off. Every check is my vehicle was promised to be ready the following day. Additionally, No loaner was provided. I missed out on several trips and income opportunities due to this 2 week delay. Customer Service Poor We purchased a new BMW X-5 over six week ago and have been happy with the car. However, the license plate for the car has not been received. As of today, we are driving with a temporary license tag that expired seven days ago. We began calling the dealer's sales personnel several days before the tag expired but have not received a return call from anyone at the dealership. Meanwhile, we are driving around with expired plates and no state registration.

They are the WORSE business experience ever. Alex Arias and I came to an agreement to purchase a car (2019 Hyundai). On the day I was to drive two hours, asking a friend to take half-a-day off work to buy it, we found out that Alex had sold the vehicle - for $500 less... LESS! than I offered. We were halfway on the drive. My friend lost wages for the day, I lost vacation time, not to mention literally driving an hour towards Atlanta only to turn around in rush hour. BMW X7 Purchase Salesman was supportive, attentive and responsive but not very detail oriented, nor did he have a sufficient understanding of the vehicle (especially obvious at delivery). He was new, so some slack given, but at delivery the car was not prepped (dirty - sticky stuff remained on the car) and few system operational needs and setup could / would be explained. Management appeared to standoff and let the shortcomings of a new salesman be his problem.

Rude Overcharging Service Techs This was one of my worst experiences with Global due to a very rude and combative service adviser name J Bowen.
