Worst than the lies store front used car dealers t were do I begin everything from day one was a lie from the se person Alexis. maybe she just didn't know what she was doing bless her heart first i was lied to about the original numbers interst rate montly payment ONCE I RETURNED 4 DAYS LATER TO PICK UP THE CAR OH I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAD SIGNED THE NUMBERS INGO ACCORD TO A G CARSON, I was told to buy the car I had to get a Ga license or pay an additional 500.00. Bought BMW X1. Look out for hard sell on service I liked the process UNTIL the last step. I was buying a certified used car with cash, but even still had to get hijacked by the finance guy at 7 PM on Saturday. His job- Hard sell the service packages. I have to say it REALLY soured me on the dealership. I liked my Salesman very much, but feel that I should've been given more time to decide IF I wanted the service package or not. Seemed very unprofessional and not what I expected in purchasing a high end car.

The techs don’t know what they are doing Apparently a common issue amongst BMW’s, the restraint system malfunctioned on mine. I took the car in for a diagnosis and was told that nothing is wrong and the code was cleared out. A month later this issue returns and I’m told that they need to run part 1 of a 2 step procedure that is not covered under the warranty and would run me nearly a grand. Which also doesn’t guarantee that the issue will be repaired...the second part is additional couple hundred dollars...I told the service... read more

Private Individual Absolutely terrible experience. Refused to honor the warranty because I bought a dealer demo. The service rep was late for the agreed appointment time and extremely rude. Finally got it resolved after two days. All I needed was the oil changed. Will never go back

worst customer service they have the worst customer service ever! I would never ever go there again! Bunch of rude and not professional people making things problem!

Worst Service Ever Service advisor (JW) very argumentative and provided false information throughout my visit. Advisor stated, "You should have bought the car back to replace the back ordered part and no clue what you're talking about". Back ordered part issue still not resolved and brake lamp problem returned the next day.

Totally disappointed The worse experience I've ever had at a dealership. I was mentally and physically sick after doing business with global imports BMW! Words of advice, BEWARE !!!!!

Earl Vaughan On July 31, 2017 I gave $1000.00 to hold a truck while Global Imports arranged financing. It took until August 5, 2017 to find out that the financing was not approved . At that time I was told that my $1000.00 would be refunded. I have been in contact with the salesman Greg Petty and Robert Rego on August 9,2017. I was treated with no respect, and they again promised to get the refund applied back to my credit card. As of August 12, 2017 I have not received the refund. This is not good business practice. Customer I have purchased 5 cars from Global - each from Pete Drexler, who is terrifv and each time the sales experience has been first rate. However my experience with Global's service department has been horrific. They don't return calls, not respond to emails - my emails to the service manager and general manager never received a reply. They are overpriced and overbooked - their uniform response to complaints about lack of responsiveness. - if you ever receive any response - is "we've been really busy."
