Lost car andmy keys! Global BMW -Worst place ever! Poor customer service and they lost the car and the keys. Robert Mangus refused to come to the phone or the service desk when my sister tried to pick up the car. Poor poor service- My sister and her friend searched for the car for 2 hours. I personally called the service manager Brandon Buzititi and he never returned my call.
Very Bad Experience I am really disappointed with the Customer Service they provide. It was just a small repair i went in it took 3days for delivery i couldnt get a loaner either. When i call them they always direct the call to the representative who dealed my vehicle and he doesnt respond to any of my voicemails. And at last in the evening he texts me with a number to which i cant reply, then again i have call him and leave a voice mail. so i get a reply with the text. i have to with this drama. horrendous customer service Terrible customer sewrvice, Matt Whittenburg a finance manager tryed to embarrass me to buy a meintenance plan. We were left for hours at a time while buying the bmw. Salesperson was terrible! I will never go back!
A little disappointed I dropped my car off on A Friday evening and was told that I could not get a loaner vehicle for repairs that take less than 6 hours. I was not notified that my service was complete on Saturday. I was out of town until the next Monday at which time I had to go and get my car because I knew my car could not take that long. There was no reason as to why they did not contact me, just simply an unconcerned answer that "they didn't know how that happened".
Poor Service experience My BMW broke down on Thursday July 6 and was towed to Global Imports where I had serviced the car before. After numerous voicemails and emails I finally got a returned call 5 days later on Tuesday July 11. I got a quote on Thursday and authorized the work. Sean, the service rep, said the car should be completed on Friday. I didn't hear back and left voicemail and email on Monday. They called back and said they needed another day. A nightmare dealer. Worst service! This dealer has been a nightmare for me. I made a decision on purchasing a vehicle from this dealer purely on the fact that I was expecting great service. Good but could do a lot better I have been to this BMW dealer on several occasions. I chose this dealership because they are only 1 of 3 in the area. If not for their location I would have went some where else. I first started 3 years ago when I was looking to lease a vehicle. Global Imports BMW (Atlanta) - BMW purchase I just purchased a car from these guys. One of the worst customer service/sales experiences in my life. My previous BMW purchasing experience in Chicago was far better. I have lost all trust in them. Unfortunately, I came to this conclusion after buying my car.
Global Imports BMW No place to park, they lost my car - waited 40 minutes to get it post service - invoice was wrong.
