Car Service Came in for a regular service (oil change). Service was just as expected. Shuttle wasn't s quickly available as I would have hoped.

False Diagnostics I paid $150 for diagnostics on my 2005 BMW X.3 3.0 . I was told that my intake boot I needed an valve cover seal and a flash. The intake boot was incorrect that was a brand-new intake to put on in May 2016 I replace the valve cover seal and the flash wasn't even needed. Needless to say none of these diagnosis was the cause of my check engine light. It had been discovered that my MAF sensor was the cause of my check engine light . Avis Jett Survey One of my repair request was incomplete. It was service time for my vehicle as well as I requested for my driver side mirror to be adjusted due to the mirror moves out place when i close the door it shifts.. I explained this when my vechical was dropped off. I feel my service and repairs was rushed because I received a message a few hours after I left the shop that my car was ready. Terrible Service Terrible service at BMW Global Imports. Long wait for loner car and when you receive the car, it is not cleaned or has no gas. Long line to pay.

Service Service writer was friendly and was aware of my scheduled appointment. The wait time was less than promised. I do not yet know the quality of the repair, but assume it is good, in keeping with BMW's reputation. To be determined.

5/3/17 BMW Z4 Car Service As always, the service and quality of work surpasses all others! This was my first experience with having the shuttle service and I must say, I couldn't have had any finer young men transport me. Paul took me to work and I believe Tre of Tri (so sorry I can't remember his name) brought me back to the facility. And of course, my Service Associate, Ryan Burke is the absolute VERY BEST!
Service downhill after the purchase... I initially had a GREAT experience dealing with the sales manager, however, I have made several calls to the Finance contact, Renee, who I mailed my title in regards to receiving, etc. I have never heard back. I contacted NC DOT inquiring about my registration and they haven't received anything and asked when it was submitted by Global...good question. I called and left messages today with 2 Finance contacts and nothing...lets hope I can transfer my tags before the temp tag runs out...t... read more
