Unfortunate Called ahead today to test drive a vehicle I was planning on leaving with. The customer service representative told me the car would be pulled up when I arrived. When I arrived 30 mins later, no one was even aware I was coming. One of the salesman fumbled around trying to locate the vehicle...another 20-30 mins later..still no car. Horrible service Car had issues at the day of purchase. Went to get fixed and still has same issues. However, they made it seem like a different issue and tried to charge me. Would not take car back either.

Bad service They are arrogant and don’t care !!! I would urge people not to buy cars from them and trust their warranties . We bought a certified preowned bmw i3 from them and within the year they are now telling us that there is an internal electrical issue with it that we caused and hence warranty will not cover it . For anyone with any common sense . How can we cause an internal electrical issue with a car without any accidents or external damage to the car . This place is a fraud . Poor Sales and Service I wasn?t provided with the PIN necessary to access the car?s Bluetooth and the ?Genius? staff member didn?t know how to get the PIN. I looked it up on YouTube and found the instruction. I both texted and emailed the I instructions to Ferdinand, and texted them to the Manager Nubian, who is aware of the situation. cheap service for expensive car prices I was so frustrated with this dealership in all my years of owning a BMW I have never received such treatment. I called to schedule appointment for my car around a loaner car because my work schedule is busy and I dont have the time to wait on a car or be limited to a shuttle ride. They told me they don't offer a loaner unless it would be longer than 4 hours. Had to report my car as stolen from GI DO NOT use Global Imports for service. Dropped my car for service on Weds at 10:30am, got a loaner and left. Did not get an update of any kind from my Service Advisor by Saturday morning, called and left a voice mail. No response by 3:30pm same day, called back and got service main line. They tried to look up my car several different ways but he told me he could not locate my car in their system. Read Service Dept reviews before purchasing This review is for the service department and the service manager supervisor(Chris Davis) only. I dropped my X5 off for an oil change and regular maintenance late Friday night for an 11:30am scheduled Saturday appointment. There were no envelopes in the spider web covered drop box for my keys. I called the service department early Saturday morning so they would know which car the keys belonged to. I ask if they could also check my air conditioner as it was not staying cool. Is there a minus star option — here we go again In all fairness, it was difficult for me even to rate this one star. A couple of comments for others wishing to buy here. (1) Please don’t be fooled by the smooth sales folks. I get that is their job, but please understand when leasing they don’t you everything you’d want to know. For example, upon returning your leased car, if your tires aren’t 4/32 or better, they make you buy new tires. To BMW, that is considered excessive wear and tear. STAY AWAY Dealer sold the car as CPO by hiding the fact that the 2 bumpers were painted (poorly done) and overspray on the wheels (they did not even cover them). Handed me the car in the rain outside the store and obviously I could not identify that. Unacceptable for BMW to have a dealer like this.
