"Steve is great - financing department needs to work" I came in from ways away to buy a car that I saw online (not a BMW). There was a manufacturing recall that I wanted re-mediated before picking up the car, as I didn't want to have to deal with it afterwards. "Awesome experience" We live two hours away and found the car we wanted on Richmond BMW website. Did everything remotely and Nick and Anton helped us withe process. Nick was especially responsive and made sure all the details were handled promptly and had the car delivered to us. Could not be happier.

Steve was an awesome salesman. I found my car via a nationwide search on autotrader and was trying to settle on a deal from 2500 miles away. With me being so far away, I had to rely on the dealership more than I normally would, but Steve made it easy. He always answered my questions and was willing to tolerate all my ridiculous requests without complaint. I visited many dealerships and test drove many luxury SUV’s. I started a spreadsheet comparing exterior color, interior color, luxury, tech package safety package , maintenance package and convenience to my house.
