After finding a certified preowned BMW X5 online for a good price, I flew to Virgnia from Arkansas to seal the deal. I went to Richmond BMW looking for a specific car on the lot I had found online and to trade in a much older vehicle. There was never any preasure put on me to buy at anytime, nor was I pushed to spend more than I had originally stated as my budget. I was offered a fair price for my trade in and they did not kill me with hidden dealer fees. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had and would highly recommend it.
My husband was working on his car yesterday evening and he needed a gallon of Anti-Freeze. I got to the dealer after that area was closed for the evening and because Steve wanted to make sure I got the product my husband needed he went above and beyond for me.
