My BMW broke down leaving me stranded 2 hours from home. It was towed to the dealership 10 mins before it closed. The temperature was 10 degrees outside, Bob Calvaneso from the service department refused to let me wait outside for my ride home. He stayed late for a hour and a half to ensure I was safe and not waiting outside in the cold. This means more to me then you will ever know. And show there still is great customer service out there.
