I first met Steve over a phone call regarding purchasing a new BMW X5. Steve Learner = Great person...not just a great salesperson. He showed great patience and was very courteous. Even when the conversation got a little tense he stayed calm and respectful. I found out after my deal that he helped a friend too and she had nothing but postive times to say.

Worked with Steve on the purchase of a new 2017 BMW X5 40e, the second new car I have bought from Steve. Bought a used BMW -335i - had issues and Richmond BMW and Pam stepped up to the plate to do the right thing. Very satisfied with the way they looked into the car history and came up with a more than fair resolution.
I was at Richmond BMW checking out a vehicle two weeks back. Steve was the person who showed me the vehicle and gave me the quotes. He was so professional and nice. He showed me every single detail of the car and spent decent amount of time with me. Since I told him that I was looking for my first car, be also gave me very useful advice.
