Vehicle was very clean, the dealership employees are courteous, helpful, and nice to work with. I'm very pleased with my purchase, and this dealership. New Motors is a great place to shop. One of the best experiences that I had car shopping in the Erie area. Highly recommended.
Great overall car buying experience! Tony was extremely knowledgeable about the whole buying process. He was extremely patient, answering my many questions, and was able to answer every question instantly and accurately. He was very friendly and helpful without being obnoxious. Allen the finance man was also very knowledgeable and helpful.
Shane is great. He answered all of our questions and really spent rage time reviewing the car features with us! This is the 2nd time that we have dealt with Shane and will continue to visit him with all of our car leasing/buying needs.
i was extremely pleased with the experience I had there, the only thing i was slightly disappointed in was how clean the car was when i received it.
My husband and I were just beginning our new car search when we visited the dealership. Keith was very friendly, and did not pressure is to make a decision we weren't ready to make. He answered all our questions, and we did go back the following week. We still weren't sure if we were ready to buy, but they were able to put a great deal together that we just couldn't pass up. We drove it home the same day and love our new car!
Tony and the rest of the New Motors team were extremely helpful. From the time I walked in with a rough idea of what I was looking for, to the day the car arrived and when I took it home; I had absolutely no complaints with the level of service I was offered. The showroom and shop look amazing, and the use of Cobb tuning parts is a definite plus.
