It has been a pleasure dealing with New Motors personnel over the course of owning 3 Subaru Outbacks. Service has always been timely and performed professionally. My recent interraction was trading in a 2013 Outback towards the purchase of a 2016 Outback. Buying a vehicle today can be complicated and time consuming. My experience purchasing my first BMW vehicle from New Motors was a great experience. The New Motors team were very knowledgeable and helpful, they also took care of all the complex paper work which included registration and title transfers to mention only two. I would and already have been recommending New Motors to people I know.

After a long time considering a new car for our family, we decided that a BMW X3 best fit our needs. It was at the top end of our budget, but we feel we received a very fair deal from New Motors that made the purchase possible. The purchase of a new car can be so confusing. After comparing numerous SUV's over the last year or two I kept coming back to the Outback. Read so many reviews & talked to many Subaru owners, all were so positive. Met with Steve Dillon who answered all my questions & concerns with so much knowledge. Test drove & made the decision to buy. Steve then had to find one and had it within a couple days. It's only been 10 days since I bought it, but I love the car.

Just concluded buying a new X3 BMW from New motors and it was a pleasure. Dealt with Bob Masi the sales associate and he could not have been more helpful. This is the second care I have purchased a t New Motors this year and everything from my trade in to putting the final plate in place was handled without a hitch. Bob is incredibly available for questions and I was able to get an excellent vehicle with a minimum of fuss.
