We had a great experience with this dealer. Andrew Vollant, our saleman, made sure we were getting what we wanted in our vehicle and was just a down to earth, stand up guy. He is knowlegeable, not 'pushy', personable, and funny. Allen Yingling, the guy with the finance hook ups, got us the best rate he could, which was pretty awesome if I do say so myself. I liked the friendliness that I received from Mindy. She greeted my husband the first time he came on the lot when he was alone and then the day I stopped in she came right out to meet me. I would have liked the sales manager to greet me as well, but I had to ask to meet him. Also I would have liked a little bit better price on my new EOS, however it was a 2012 and there wasn't any rebates or movement with the price. Over all experience was great...Thanks.
Good transaction. Still awaiting cargo tray, but no complaint it has only been a few days. Seth was good to work with, as was the rest of the staff at New Motors KIA.
