Andrew was friendly, helpful, and well versed in the product. He followed through with all promises, and was a pleasure to work with. After buying our new Kia Optima Ex, Andrew went above & beyond when he showed us how everything on the dash & stering wheel features worked as well as all other features of the car. It was wonderful working with Carol. She was uplifting, cheerful and a delight to work with. Mentioned that I would just like a car with the basics and not all the extras that would be able to get me into areas in the wilderness to do trail work. I traded in my 2008 beetle for a 2011 jetta and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I dealt with Mindy Moses and she was very friendly and helpful with my questions. I purchased my last two cars from new motors and Alan Yingling. I chose to go back for this trade in because of the friendliness of the sales staff and the service department. I would recommend new motors to anyone looking for a new car!

We were there twice to look at cars. We were very pleased with both salesman we talked to. We expected to see Shane when we got there the second time but he had been called out. When Phillip saw our puzzled look he offered to help us. Getting in and out of a car is difficult for both of us and they were very patient with us while we practiced getting in and out.
