Eric is such a great and personable salesman. He is more like family, which makes purchasing vehicles from New Motors a pleasant experience. This is the second vehicle I have purchased with New Motors. Each experience has been very positive. Staff is friendly and patient, answering all questions. I felt no pressure, my salesman Steven, took the time to discuss what I needed and wanted from a vehicle before we even began talking about specific models or walking out onto the lot. Once we were looking at specifics, he was very knowledgeable about each vehicle. I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Steven, and New Motors.
Clean dealership with updated technology and helpful staff. Robby was very helpful with our prior lease and our current financed car. He was knowledgeable about the BMW model we were interested in and walked us through the new specs of our new model. He kept us well informed throughout the whole process and was very easy to reach if we ever had any questions.

This is a very professionally run dealership from sales to parts to service , all departments are very courteous and knowledgeable and take great pride in their jobs and it shows. Steve goes above and beyond for his customers. He really made US feel well taken care of, not just me as the buyer, but my husband as well. He really made sure we were comfortable with everything. He even came to our home to help us set up more stuff on both of our BMW cars.
