I went into the dealership with a good idea of what I wanted. The salesperson made things easy for me. I was able to make the deal during an extended lunch break and pick up the car after work. No hassles at all. I was able to get specific answers to my questions, and the sales person was very patient with me as I struggled with the six-speed manual transmission on a test drive.
I've been dealing with New Motors in Erie, Pennsylvania since 2005 when I bought my 2004 PASSAT from another dealership and was having the normal maintenance checks. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. From the knowledgeable and friendly salesman, Phil Glass to the detailer Antonio who takes extra pride in making sure my Sportage was perfect in everyway before I drove it away. Steve Dillon made the paperwork a breeze, and I even had a pleasant conversation with the owner Mr New. The tone of a business really does start at the top and Mr New has quality people working for him. I would definitely recommend New Motors to everyone I know.
When my husband and I went to New Motors with the intention of just looking and the Kia Sorento and by our surprise we purchased it that day. Our sales Rep. Jeff Waid was the nicest sales person I have dealt with in a long time. He was understanding to our needs and did not try to push us into anything we didn't want. This dealership was great. I went there for my first car, as I just graduated college and am working in Pittsburgh now. These people sold me a new car with the KISS system Keep It Short & Simple Explaining things without the clutter ! Got to the point and made it quick and easy to understand ! In 20 years when I need a new car I will Return ! Price got a low score because they ALL cost to damn much to start! The shortage on the outbacks I think has driven the price higher yet ... If I had a nickel for every thing I thought ,, Well I would have a nickel maybe ?
This was our first visit and subsequent purchase from New Motors. We found the experience to be a very pleasant one.
