I have purchased vehicles from New Motors for the past 12 years. The most recent purchase was my fourth BMW. We also purchased a VW for my daughter when she graduated from college in 2005. Service, sales, personality are all present at New Motors. I heartily recommend them.

I was hesitant to buy a car at this dealership for fear that I would not get a fair deal. To my surprise, the salesman was straight forward, experienced, and from the area. I was looking for a low mileage car (BMW) with my trade-in. Quickly, I looked at a 750 IL. My wife and I were looking to trade 04 Accord thought we wanted a Honda CRV looked at one test drove it, quality was poor at best compared to the Volkswagon Tiguan. Sean our salesman was excellent very helpful! We were not pressured into a sale we took a few days to think about it look at the Toyota the next day. Waited on immediately by friendly salesman. Salesman was very knowledgable about vehicle. No pressure or salesman's "spin." Final price lower than my expected, researched price. The quickest transaction time I've ever experienced (paperwork, wait time, etc.). Location convenient, very nicely appointed, clean, modern and cared for. I have bought 3 cars from New Motors and have had a great experiance every time. Fast, Friendly and great service. Service has always called me back to make sure work was performed and performed RIGHT the first time. Why go any where else. They get it done!

I had a great experience with New Motors. I had been to six other car dealerships that day and was ready to throw in the towel when it came to looking for a newer used car. I decided to give New Motors a try. Steve was such a great sales person! He listened to what I was looking for in a car and really helped to meet my demands. I feel that even if I were to buy a $100,000 vehicle or a $5,000 vehicle, Steve would have treated me with the same respect. We took our time in deciding exactly what features we wanted in our Sorento and during that time Andrew was very helpful in answering all of our questions without being pushy. When we finally decided on the vehicle we wanted Andrew and the dealership went out of their way to find the exact vehicle we were looking for. I have rated the overall experience as great because of the way we were treated by everyone at the dealership. I didn't initially notice due to my excitement in taking delivery of the 328xi, but the detailing of this vehicle was not great, leaving dirt/stains on the headliner and sunvisor, dirt in the the door handles and a film on the carpeting under the floor mats.
