I purchased a 2011 Sorento last week. It is the 5th car I got from New Motors. I still have my first, a 1996 BMW Z3.I grew up in the automobile business and have been in dealerships all over the country. The service and staff at New Motors are among the best I have ever seen.I appreciate the fact that Larry New is available. He takes an interest. This is a rare exception among dealers.I am happy to say that two family members and two friends purchased new cars from New Motors based on my satifaction.

We love our new Kia Sorento. Andrew did an excellent job explaining all the "bells and whistles" to us. Everyone there took the time to walk us through the process. They even searched for the vehicle we wanted at other dealers and brought it up from out of town. My husband went back with some questions a few days later. All his questions were answered.

wonderful people got a great subaru forster and they did everthing to make it easy.the people were easy to wook with and most helpful in showing how everthing worked on the suv never had any other sale person show me how everthing worked,and called to see if we need any more help. never had that befor now. thank you nancy v.

Everything was great. Would definitely recommend to others. I like my new Forester. It appears to be a very safe vehicle. Should be great with the winters we have in this area of the country. I am very satisfied so far. Only time will tell!!!!!!!!!!!

The folks at New Motors were incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease. One of the best things was that I knew my business was valuable but I was not pressured into buying a new car. I was also please with the warranties offered by Kia as well as the free inspections for life that I will be able to take advantage of.

New Motors is a great dealership to work with when I purchased my new Subaru Forester. My salesperson, Carol Bianchi, has a passion for what she does. No games or pressure, just a very comfortable buying experience. I would recommend anyone to talk to Carol when it’s time for their next car purchase. In fact, I already have.

I'd like to thank New Motors in Erie for their wonderful and attentive help. Buying a new car is very stessful yet exciting. New Motors made it easier to lessen the stress but to keep the excitment. We Love our Subaru Forester. We intend to keep New Motors a part of the family.

I leased an Outback strictly on the presentation of Carol Bianchi, one of your fine salespersons at New Motors. She was superb during the test drive and effectively prodded me into appreciating the strengths of the vehicle. Handling, comfort, smoothness, feel of the road, gas mileage, snow handling,... etc. Not to mention Carol's very pleasant personality. By the time we returned, I was sold. We are very happy with the purchase of our 2011 Sorento. The dealer had to search for weeks to find the color and interior we wanted. The entire staff at New Motors did a great job and I will be sending more family and friends to this dealership. Larry New, Jim Valone and Ron Ellis did an excellent job and provided great service.
