This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from New Motors and it was very easy! Allen ran the sale smoothly. We were in and out with our new car in a very timely manner with no haggling. The service department also keeps me coming back. I was hesitant to come back after purchasing my Passat in 2005 because of the service department, but something had changed dramatically by the time I bought my first Touareg and I have absolutely no complaints!
We pruchased a 2010 Jetta TDI. I have only had it a week and am very pleased with everything about the car. The dealership was a great experience. We were treated very well. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help us. I live 50 miles away but am looking forward to coming in for my check ups, etc. I would highly recommend your dealership.
Steve Quinn offered a great deal and was very accommodating. I was able to get the model and color I wanted and was provided a loaner car while I waited for the car to be delivered from another dealer. The showroom and waiting areas were impeccable. My only disappointment is that I live out of state and will not be using your site for regular service. I will be shopping for my next car at New Motors.
We had a few phone conversations with Mindy about trading our 06 outback in. On the day we went to trade we met Phil Glass. He was great, he answered all our questions, we did some dealing and before long we were driving away in our 2011 outback.He set up an appointment to have things installed in our car ,this was done quickly and at our convenience. Thanks Phil i love my new car
Excellent buying experience. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgable and helpful. I would deffintely recommend this dealership to other people. We know numerous other people that have purchased a vehicle from New Motors and everyone of them has said the same thing. Also, the paperwork portion was very quick which is a big plus for us.
Phil was extremely informative about the forester when we came to the lot "window shopping". He sold us on the quality and safety of the vehicle over the competitors. I was pleasantly surprised to deal with a salesman that was able to sell without being pushy. We would recommend New Motors to friends and family and tell them to ask for Phil Glass!
Scott was very nice and told me about the Suburus. I owned one in the late 70's and I wanted to own one again. He apologized when I came to get my car as they were so busy but I understood. The only thing I was disapointed in was that the tape under the gas pedal was not removed and no information was written on the tags on the inside windows. I would come back and get another car in a heartbeat.
Carol Biachi was very helpful and kind during the whole process from the moment I thought of changing my car, up to the moment I drive out in a new Subaru Outback 2011. I felt very comfortable with her, and as a woman, I congratulate New Motors for having women in the sales department. I will go back to Carol in 3 or 4 years. I have already recommended her to friends and colleagues.
This is my second car with New Motors. Carol has been very helpful in many ways... she had been keeping me informed for months on the different options I had if I wanted to change my car. I drove different cars and I decided for the Outback. I will look for Carol whenever I decide to change this car, and i will recommend her to any of my friends and colleagues.
