The salesman, Mike Francis was extremely noligable on all the product lines. He was very polite and patient going over all the different options. The Finance manager, Allen Yingling was also very noligeable and detailed on explaining the many Finance option they offer. The purchase was a very pleasant experience.
I've always had a good experience at New Motors. They do not make you feel pressured and guide you to what is the best option for you. The staff is top notch from sales to maintenance.
Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Keith was very knowledgeable about the brand and understood I had a Subaru already so he recommended a vehicle that would be similar to my current driving experience. Very pleased with the entire process.

I came in on a rainy day expecting it to be not the best day to test drive. When I walked in right away I was greeted by Seth Murphy a car sales man, right away he asked how I and my daughter were doing and what could he help us with. This was my first time buying a new car from this dealership. I felt Andrew was knowledgeable and honest when it came to answering all of my questions for VW and Subaru vehicles. Being a women I’ve been to dealerships and felt uncomfortable asking questions or not taken seriously but felt quite at ease. I was able to schedule a meeting on short notice. Came up and had wonderful service. Mike was very knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate being shown all that the vehicle could do for me and how well it performs. I will continue to come back and happily recommend Mike at New Motors.
Our sales person was very patient with us as we had stopped/called several times over a few months before purchasing and was very helpful in explaining the cars many technical before we drove off the lot. He is very personable!
