This is my second vehicle I have bought at Erie Motors. Mike Francis always makes you feel comfortable and goes out of his way to satisfy his customers...our experience from beginning to end of buying a new car from him was great.....explains everything about the vehicle and makes sure you understand all details before you drive off the lot. I have always been very satisfied with the service department, also.
My wife and I have been looking quite a while for a vehicle to fit our lifestyle, deciding on a CUV. Ask for Stephen Kolenda! He was extremely patient and helpful the whole process. He's friendly, professional and trustworthy. Buying a car can be a stressful and scary situation but you can trust that Stephen will have your back every step of the way.
Excellent customer service. Kevin was so helpful with everything. It was very nice to be able to send all information online and thru email so I knew my budget before going in. Whole staff is friendly and awesome! I will be recommending friends and family to talk to them for vehicle purchases.
I visited your store first and I just should have stayed visited 8 different dealers drove 10 different cars and none of them could even begin to compare to your Subaru Forrester Your salesmen Steve made the car fun and yet told me all about the safety features which was very important to me having just been in a accident were my car was totaled Steve Dillon was great got me the color I wanted which was blue he was great person to work with
Our first visit ever to New Motors, and we were so pleased we bought the car that day, Our salesperson Kyle and the Finance office guru Nicole were so helpful and did not try to upsell us or pressure us in any way. We look forward to meeting with Beth on our return trip.
My wife and I had been contemplating new vehicles for over a year.
