Purchased a 2015 Subaru Legacy recently from New Motors. We had purchased 2 previous vehicles from New Motors (and Steve Dillon) years ago so I was pleased to see he was still working there. He was most patient and helpful in letting us look at several different vehicles to find just the right one. My husband and I just wanted to test drive the new VW Atlas... but we fell in love with the car and Andrew didn't make us feel pressured. Going in I had a good idea of what I wanted. Seth was very helpful in my decision making without being pushy. He let me goals lead the discussion and was very honest each step of the way. Very easy to talk to and did not hide anything. Very trustworthy.
Seth Murphy was very helpful in finding a car for us. We took off on a 1550 mi trip the next day and averaged over 30 mpg. It was a good way to learn about the car. We are thrilled with the car!!!
I do NOT like car shopping, but decided I wanted to take a look at a Subaru because of the excellent ratings. Ryan Franklin was the best. He wasn't pushy, and took the time to explain different options-leasing, buying a used vehicle, compared to buying a new vehicle. My lease on a 2015 X1 was about to expire and the process to turn in the vehicle and decide what to do next was coming up fast. I setup a meeting with BMW Sales to discuss my options. I was met by Steve Quinn, who has great customer service skills. Through conversation he was able to determine what I liked/disliked about the BMW vehicles I have leased in the past and proceeded to show me a new 2017 X1. Steve truly lived up to his promise - to deliver a simple, honest, and hassle free vehicle purchase experience.
I just leased a new 2018 Subaru Outback and so far I am very impressed with the performance and the comfort of the vehicle. I spoke with Mike Francis a year ago and unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to complete a deal at the time. However, a year later when I was really ready, I went back to Mike who helped me find the right vehicle for my needs. The entire staff at New Motors are knowledgeable and very friendly. I am looking forward to continuing with New Motors in Erie.
