I went through Erie auto credit before and have had good luck with my previous Dodge Durango I bought from them. So I went to see what I could get into this time. Mindy was great at listening to all my request and needless to say my wife and I were hooked on the Nissan Pathfinder she helped us find. 2 hrs later which I felt like was a record time we were on the road with our newly used vehicle. There is a reason that I chose to use Steve Quinn at New Motors, which is 3 and a half hours away, when there is a BMW dealer 15 minutes from home. Steve gave me a great deal (and discount) up front, and even sweetened the deal as we progressed through the purchase. Steve is not your "normal" salesman. He listens, responds quickly and helpfully, and in a timely manner. My only real complaint is that I used the local dealer for my last BMW purchase instead of Steve, and it probably cost me $3500+. My lease was due to expire shortly and I received a call from Steve Dillon that he had a 2018 Subaru he thought I would like. I met with Steve and he had everything set up for me and he spent over an hour with me going over the new car. Explained everything in detail.
This was one of the best buying experiences we have had when buying a car. Seth and Vlad make it work so well, and we got a great car.

We walked in to New Motors and told Seth exactly what we were looking for (2018 WRX STI with some add-ons). He searched other dealers and saw that none had any on order that would work for us. He even offered to sell us the dealer demo car that was already on order, just a different color. We decided to just place a new order for the car we wanted and wait it out. Our recent purchase of a new Subaru at New Motors was hassle free and very informative. Our salesperson was Seth Murphy and he couldn't have been more knowledgeable and not at all overbearing to buy the car. He answered all our questions took to heart the things we ask for and in the end it actually was a pleasant experience. The same goes for Allen Yingling in setting up our financial part of buying the car. Great employees makes someone go back to that dealership.
Love the car! First Subaru and not my last. I didn't expect to purchase the car however was won over. Sales associate was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, patient and low pressure. Will recommend him to friends who may be looking for a car!
