Shane is the best. We were under a tight time constraint and he and the service team made it happen. They inspected and detailed our 2012 along with getting the paperwork ready for us to drive our 2018 Outback off the lot all in the same day. I couldn't ask for any better service!

I wanted to buy the new Forrester, but didn't want to have to deal with the sales process. My husband is out of town for an extended period, so he worked with someone online to make the deal happen. I was given an appointment to come in, sign a few papers, and then leave with the car "within 20 minutes or less". We have purchased cars at two others dealerships in Erie and have had bad experiences.....pushy salesmen, deceptive pricing, refusing to negotiate. Our experience at New Motors was the complete opposite. No pressure, no hassles. Our salesman Kyle was agreeable and knowledgeable. We were not pressured to make a decision. We felt we got a fair price.

The salesman, Tony, was extremely knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. He was the most. Helpful car salesman I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend him in the future.

My car-buying experience from New Motors was efficient and fun! Test drive was scheduled promptly, Kyle was awesome to work with, and the paperwork was completed in a breeze. Even though I came relatively late in the day, I didn't feel rushed at all. Kudos to you guys! Oh, and of course I love my Outback :)

During my husband and mines most recent visit to New Motors, we purchased our 3rd and 4th Subaru. Taneeka communicated with us digitally prior to our visit to provide us with various cars and pricing that were within our interest range. She was very prompt in her responses and customer oriented. I dealt with Steve Quinn as the salesperson, my first time with Steve. He was friendly, knowledgable and dependable in his followthrough. There were several messages exchanged, and in the end the sale worked out just fine. I like efficiency. The business transaction took longer than necessary because of botched documents. I would like to expect better. Nick the BMW Genius was great. The addition of a BMW Genius to the sales transaction is a great idea and very effective in teaching the wide array of technological upgrades.
