Shane was a good salesman when it came to knowledge and friendliness and professionalism. However I think in the future a Sales person should be required to give the car fax to each individual buying a used car. It boils down to integrety.
New Motors has friendly staff and salesmen (Andrew B. sold me my car), and it's a nice, clean dealership. I got a good deal on my trade-in + a great deal on my new Jetta! Overall good experience and would recommend to anyone thinking of buying a Volkswagen.
My experience was friendly and helpful from the first email I sent to signing the paperwork. They even called me a few days after I signed saying another bank responeded with a lower rate.. Saving me half the intrest. Overall very happy with New Motors.

My experience with buying my 2017 Subaru Forester from Tony Confer was very different than anything I had experienced in the past....in a very good way. Tony was ready to help us by finding out what it is we were looking for, answering all our questions, talking about the different packages, right down to explaining how all the buttons worked. The sales person I dealt with was very helpful, honest, and made me feel like I got an outstanding deal. He had great knowledge and is always friendly when I was there to have my former car serviced or repaired.
This is my second Subaru I bought from New Motors and they are the best. Everyone is great. They go out of their way to help you. You can't go wrong buying a car from New Motors. Shane Harney sold me my car. He explained everything and did not try to pressure me. When I need a new car, I'll be back.
Purchasing my new X6 was a very easy and enjoyable experience. Bob and the staff pretty much took care of everything and made it easy to just enjoy getting a new car. There was minimal negotiation and every part of the transaction was reasonable. I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a BMW.
This is the 2nd car I've bought from New Motors. I had a great experience buying a new Crosstrek from them last year and this time was just at good.
