Over the past 30 years, when it has been time to buy a car, I have always tried to do my car-buying homework before I got to the car lot to meet with sales, and that is exactly how I approached this purchase. I knew what I wanted in my Forester and what I didn't want. I knew what I wanted to pay, what I would not pay, and how I wanted to pay. New Motors had the exact model and color that I wanted and Steve Dillon made everything else fall into place. This was a great car-buying experience.

I just arrived in the lot, looking at the first Outback I saw and was greeted by Tony Confer who immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable, yet not pressured in any way. I can't begin to explain how much I love this store!! Mr. New has been in business in Erie Pennsylvania since 1971 and I can see why he is so successful. He has a great group of people that work for him. I will definitely recommend everyone here.
