I needed a car badly. I was driving an old and very high mileage car. New motors and the salesman Nate Kott worked with me finding a car for a month. Then they got me a great deal and helped me with a great price to trade in my old car. Finally they facilitated getting me car out to me, since I'm out of town. What service!
They care about the customer and will find you the vehicle you need at a price that you can afford. Friendly, answered all the questions I had and communicated with me any time I needed them. We stopped at New Motors on a Saturday afternoon after visiting 2 other dealers that were not open. We had been very interested in a particular model from a premium car maker only to find the Erie dealer did not have any new or used models to look at or drive. Came back to the Subaru dealer to get my second Crosstrek because of the professional atmosphere that the dealership presented. Mike Francis is an outstanding sales person. The salesman, Ryan was very helpful. He took the time to explain my options between the different trims. He was also very helpful showing me how to work some of the new technology.
