Fantastic, no pressure service. Very informative and helpful from start to finish. Shane was extremely friendly, and knew everything I questioned him about regarding my interests and needs. Nicole also was very accommodating, helpful and efficient.
I found the car I wanted on the New Motors website. When I stopped for a test drive, Steve set me up with a top down tour of the Western Pa hills and valleys. A fair price and straight forward discussion sealed the deal. Picked up the car two days later and Nicole was organized for a quick and efficient close. Good job by all. Thanks.
All the cars that I have bought or leased over the past 55 years, probably 18 in total, have been done with considerable pressure and stress. Not so when I decided to check out New Motors for a Subaru, and was greeted by Steve Dillon. Very pleasant few hours, deal was concluded, and he even took care of getting me out of the final two months of my General Motors lease. Thanks Steve.

I have dealt with other dealerships over the years and have never had a staff so well fitted for each other. From the on line contact, to the salesperson, and loan department. They all seem to have very good working relationship with each other and know how to get a buying customer through the process very smoothly. If it where not for Keisha Hines and her contact by email, I possibly would not have even thought of New Motors.
When I came in the first time to test drive ,Steve helped me decide which vehicles were what I was looking for and really took the time to explain the pros and cons of each one. He spent the time on a Friday working with his team over the phone with my financial institution for the loan and got everything processed so that all I had to do was sign the papers the following day .
