"Was such an great experience buying from this dealership..." Was such an great experience buying from this dealership everybody here knows their stuff! This time I worked with Tyler Watts and Todd Claussen in purchasing my BWM X3. They made my experience amazing. As a single female dealerships can be intimidating but this experience was nothing shy of amazing. They helped get me in the perfect car for me! I highly recommend this dealership to anybody in need of a new or used car.

"Been tough trying to find the right car at the right..." Been tough trying to find the right car at the right price with the current inventory situation. Stopped in at Lou Bachrodt VW and had the pleasure to work with Jacob and Tyler. What a great experience all around. Knowledgeable, courteous and more than willing to help me out, true professionals. The manager Niam was also great to work with. Can't recommend them all enough

"I went in to upgrade to a new sedan. Todd in the bmw..." I went in to upgrade to a new sedan. Todd in the bmw section was so knowledgeable and really helped me figure out what I need. They were so attentive and didn’t push me to any specific model. I actually got to chose are car I wanted ! A great experience

He walked us through the OnStar setup and all the basic details of our vehicle. He also did something we’ve never experienced when purchasing a new car. After weeks of searching for a car I was able to walk in to Lou Bachrodt today and leave with a brand new vehicle. They were so kind and listened to me completely. "We are long time VW owners and have purchased multiple..." We are long time VW owners and have purchased multiple VW,s from LB over the years. When looking for a new car was given Joe Luy's name by a mutual friend and we started the process of purchasing a vehicle. I appreciated that Joe understood our knowledge of VW as it allowed him to concentrate on finding and working out a deal on the car. Very clear his many years in the business helped him understand my needs. I will call him again when the time comes.
