"I was conducting an exploratory search of a newer model..." I was conducting an exploratory search of a newer model manual shift VW. I was debating whether to upgrade to another car. Lionel and Shain were very helpful. Lionel was especially helpful, even though I told him upfront it was a long shot. In the end I did not purchase the vehicle. However, I would recommend Lionel to any future client, for he was courteous, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Kudos to the dealership all around.
