"Sam Ferrile " Sam Ferrile went out of his way to help me with my last car, because the person that I leased it from, left the dealership. I made up my mind that I would have Sam handle my next deal, which just happened. He was great. Courtney has also been great, when I bring my car in for service.

"Slightly disappointed in the end." I've always found Joe Luy great to work with. My only disappointment was that the price was somewhat higher than the e-mail offer sent to me by Roalnd De LaRosa. I don't understand why you send out e-mails offering a vehicle at a specific price when you are unable to meet it. It's the only reason you didn't get 5 Stars.
