Drove in from Long Island looking at a CPO 328xi. Was pleasantly greeted by Arthur who made the purchase easy. Top that off with great service from the finance department - Rich Mignone never rushed me and helped seal a great deal. Would definitely recommend.
My sales person, Mr. Takacs was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He made me feel extremely comfortable and explained the various options to me with extreme patience. When I went to pick up the car he had taken care of all of the details and set up all of the features in the car for me. Great experience from the beggining I've been shopping for a while now for my sons graduation gift and ill tell you my sales consultant Hinson was great at showing me all vehicles available . had yearly service but also had issue with my trunk light going on. Jennifer was very thorough on the problem and found out the issue. Car need to have software upgrade and new parts. Jennifer was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have owned Bmw's for the past 40 years and Jeniffer was one of the best service advisors i have worked with. She is a keeper and do not lose her.
Routine service visit... no problems with the car and no problems with the service. This visit was much better than past experiences at other dealers.
