After my 100 th time trying to get in touch with the service department and not getting an answer! I had emailed the service manager, Marlo Bellizzi, who had helped me in the past. She responded right back, calling me and helped make me my appointment and offered me a loaner car so I wouldn't have to wait for my services. Marlo is great and knows how to treat customers. Keep up the good work Marlo. Whenever I need anything I will be calling her, instead of being on hold for over 15 mins
As always I am thrilled with my experience. My car is out of warranty but I continue to bring it back because of the outstanding customer service. The level of professionalism is outstanding in my eyes. Marlo, the service manager runs an unbelievable operation. Everything is always flawless. From the moment we spoke to Steven Dyer we immediately got this positive vibe from him that we didn’t want to go to any other dealership. We had been combing the internet (locally and nationally) and found exactly what we were looking for at BMW of Bayside. Steve Dyer went beyond my expectations providing excellent customer service via telephone, e-mail, and fax correspondence. He took extra pictures of the car calm my fears of any damage not evident in the dealer photos. Just want to make this short went to bayside for issue on my brand new car asked to speak to the lady service manger as I was told about her when I bought my car she came right out introduced her self as Marlo I explained to her my issue she said give her a moment she is going to get the shop Forman they returned she said this Angelo and I was out of there ten minutes later. With a management team like Angelo and Marlo I can tell you bmw bayside rocks and has won my vote
