My overall customer experience with BMW of Bayside was positive. Jose Rivas assisted me throughout the entire sales cycle and I have to say that he did an excellent job managing my expectations from the very start to the end of the transaction. I would definitely recommend Jose to my family and friends who are looking to purchase a CPO BMW. Jose vas very honest and professional and very friendly and this is why I ended up buying two vehicles instead of just one.

James is a great person who helped me lease my first vehicle. He helped me through out the entire process from preorder to pick up. James made sure all the information was clear and I would definitely recommend him to any family or friends in the market of buying or leasing a new car.
James was attentive and efficient in assisting me with my purchase. He was personable and gave me the quality of service I expected from BMW. Everything was taken care of within the day - including my trade. Afterwards, he showed me everything I needed to know about the car, and made sure I was good to go before driving home. I went to a BMW dealership to buy a used Lexus RX350. That should speak volumes in itself. Went to a Lexus dealer and hated the experience.
