I got a BMW 550GT from Bayside a few weeks ago. I worked with Ross for a few weeks because i originally came in for a X6. Ross was very patient with me and took me on 3 different test drives. Ross is the difference in why I choose this dealer, i went to every dealer in nassau county. He even stayed after the dealer closed to continue to help me set up my cars features. Peter the sales manager was also very helpful on the day I bought my car. I love my GT!!!!! Thanks Ross
I walked in to BMW NOT to buy a car. I had my sets on just passing through on my way to purchase a more "affordable" vehicle. Mr. Jacome was a huge surprise in terms of the way he approached me in terms of "selling" i.e. being a sales man. I NEVER once felt as if he was trying to sell me a piece of machinery. Very nice guy really helpful answered all my concerns also followed up after the purchase of the vehicle; showed me all the ins and outs of the car with a lot of grace and patience on a very hot day :-)
I had a wonderful experience. Marlo Bellizzi was a wonderful help as well as her staff. I was in and out, as well as helped me understand what was done to the car and help me understand what was wrong with the car. My car is now working like a gem. I will be coming back to bayside BMW I was happy with the service and knowledge. Marlo is a wonderful service manager and has an amazing staff I couldn't be more happy.
I am a new BMW customer and have been to the service department a total of two times. Every time i have been there i have had a great experience. Marlo is always a great help and i really appreciate her service and support. I would recommend there service department to anyone who needs to visit.
