John amd Ross were both very helpful in the purchase of my M3. There attention to every detail of the used car buying process was flawless and I was impressed. They were extremely accomodating to me being an out of state buyer and even picked me up at the train station. If you plan to do business with bayside, deal with them and you will not be disappointed.

Charlie was exceptional. He made my lease termination and new lease painless and hassle free. Charlie gave me exactly what I asked for and exceeded my expectations. I went to bayside a couple of weeks ago to buy a certified used bmw528xi I was greeted by Ross Lubell from the start. He was very good and took care of me and my grandmother the whole time. While we waited for the papers to be printed up at the other dealership Ross went out of his way and went to the store to buy us water from the grocery store. I was looking for a certified pre-owned BMW, made my appointment and met with Ross Lubell. Ross guided me through the selection process, was patient with me, answered all my questions (which I had many), and helped me decide which BMW best fit the amount of money I had budgeted and the type of car with most of the accessories accessories I wanted. This is my second time dealing with Bayside BMW and once again I left smiling. My second experience being better than the first. Ross was completely honest with me .Gave me the best price possible and followed up a week after my purchase to ensure I was totally happy. Jose is one of the most genuine person I have ever came across in sales. He is honest and straight to the point. Me and my husband bought our first BMW through Jose May of last year (2011). We actually went back about two weeks ago to the dealership to add a warranty to our car and my husband fell in love with another car in the show room. I Saw the x6 I was looking for in the showroom of BMW of Bayside. There I was greeted by Ross Lubell. He wea most helpfull with information I neeeded to know about the car,which help me to make the decision to purchase the vehicle then and there. This is the 4th BMW I have purchased through Larry Kim. I find him to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly and didn't just try to sell me a car but find the right car for me as well as for my wife. If I ever have any follow up technical questions about the cars, Larry is ready willing and able to help me figure it out....oh yes...and very patient, because the technology isn't always that simple.
